Job Requirements
- Must have experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale
- Must be able to recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and resolve issues or seek help
- Must follow cash handling procedures
- Physically able to frequently lift objects weighing 5 to 15 pounds and occasionally over 40 pounds
- Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
- Must be able to obtain Food Handler's Certificate and complete training
- Must communicate clearly and deal with the public effectively
- Subject to National Agency Check with Inquiries
- Available for uncommon tour of duty
Job Qualifications
- Experience mixing alcoholic beverages including knowledge of a wide variety of drinks and the ability to mix exotic cocktails
- Ability to recognize and appropriately handle intoxicated or unruly patrons
- Ability to follow cash handling procedures accurately
- Physical capability to lift and move objects weighing between 5 and over 40 pounds
- Ability to obtain Food Handler's Certificate and/or complete required food handler training
- Clear communication skills and experience dealing with the public
- Subject to National Agency Check with Inquiries clearance
- Meet the minimum legal age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
- Open to all applicants with preference and priority eligibility considered
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic beverages for retail sale following recipes and customer specifications
- Recognize intoxicated or unruly patrons and take appropriate actions including seeking assistance
- Follow strict cash handling procedures
- Lift and move objects weighing from 5 to over 40 pounds as required
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certificate and complete related training
- Communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service to the public
- Work an uncommon tour of duty according to operational needs
