Job Requirements
- applicants must have one year of bartender experience preferably in a full service high volume restaurant
- legal age to serve alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work part-time or full-time shifts including nights and weekends
- strong teamwork skills
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- prepare and serve beverages directly to guests seated in the bar and cocktail area
- prepare beverages for servers and cocktail servers for guests in the dining room
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
- handle cash and process payments accurately
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
