The company is currently expanding with a new location opening at Tysons Center in McLean, VA, and is actively hiring for both part-time and full-time Bartender positions. The role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $45.00 to $50.00 including tips, and is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Bartenders at Maggiano's are essential members of the Front of House team, responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests seated at the bar and cocktail areas, as well as preparing drinks for servers and cocktail servers who take orders for guests in the dining room.
