Job Requirements
- Be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb
- be comfortable standing for most of the shift
- have a can-do attitude for active physical tasks
- able to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience behind the bar in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- ability to thrive in a busy popular environment
- player-focused mindset with dedication to excellent customer service
- positive attitude and one team mentality
- legally of legal serving age and certified in responsible beverage service where required
Job Duties
- Greet Players with energy and personality
- create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with Players, learning their preferences, and recommending drinks
- upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades
- mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
- keep the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to operate smoothly
- collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver excellent service and ensure every Player feels like a VIP
- maintain safety and sanitation standards in the bar area
- live Topgolf s core values daily to support the team and create exceptional Player experiences
