Job Description

Our establishment is a renowned hospitality venue that prides itself on providing an exceptional guest experience through top-notch food and beverage services. We operate within the dynamic restaurant and bar industry, known for its fast-paced environment and emphasis on customer satisfaction. Our team is dedicated to maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, making every guest feel valued from the moment they arrive. We believe in continuous staff development, encouraging professionalism and expertise within our workforce to ensure a premium service standard.

The Bartender role is a pivotal position within our food and beverage department. This role demands a thorough understanding of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, and spirits, to effectively prepare and serve a diverse range of drinks. More than just drink preparation, the Bartender is a key face of our establishment, responsible for engaging guests warmly and offering personalized recommendations that elevate their experience. This position requires considerable multitasking skills and attention to detail to manage orders, maintain bar inventory, and uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards.

As part of the team, the Bartender oversees the entire bar area, including counters, glassware, utensils, and equipment, ensuring that all aspects of the bar operate seamlessly and comply with local liquor laws and hotel policies. The role also involves handling cash and electronic transactions accurately, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and liaising closely with other food and beverage staff to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout shifts. Working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and event days, is a necessity to meet the operational needs of the venue.

This position not only requires technical skills such as mixing cocktails and managing beverage supplies but also interpersonal skills to effectively handle guest queries and complaints professionally. In some setups, additional duties may include hot or cold food preparation, bar food knowledge, and ensuring all kitchen food prep areas are sanitized and well maintained. Our bartender is expected to adapt and respond promptly to changing service demands while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a customer-focused environment where every detail matters.
