Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years bartending experience in upscale or high-volume settings
- Knowledge of key wine grape varieties and regions
- Ability to discuss biodynamic, organic, and natural wines
- Proficiency in classic cocktail preparation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of bartending experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants
- Foundational wine knowledge including key grape varieties and wine regions such as Italy, France, and California
- Basic understanding of food and wine pairing principles
- Familiarity with biodynamic, organic, and natural wines
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktail techniques, spirits, liqueurs, and beer styles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Polished and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages following established recipes and standards
- Engage guests with friendly and knowledgeable interactions
- Provide detailed information and recommendations on wines, cocktails, and pairings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and standards
