Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior bartending experience required
strong working knowledge of cocktails spirits and beer
strong working knowledge of restaurant service and hospitality standards
ability to execute drinks consistently and accurately under pressure
strong communication skills
ability to provide professional guest service and handle guest issues appropriately
ability to stay organized and maintain cleanliness and standards throughout the shift
ability to work as part of a team and support restaurant operations beyond the bar when needed

Job Duties

Prepare and serve cocktails spirits wine beer and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipe measurement and pour standards
execute service-well tickets accurately and efficiently
use proper glassware garnishes and presentation standards for all beverages
maintain pars and readiness for garnishes bev naps straws and other bar supplies
stock liquor beer wine and non-alcoholic products in their proper locations
maintain consistent beverage quality and product standards throughout the shift
provide courteous attentive and professional service to guests at the bar
