Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior bartending experience required
  • strong working knowledge of cocktails spirits and beer
  • strong working knowledge of restaurant service and hospitality standards
  • ability to execute drinks consistently and accurately under pressure
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to provide professional guest service and handle guest issues appropriately
  • ability to stay organized and maintain cleanliness and standards throughout the shift
  • ability to work as part of a team and support restaurant operations beyond the bar when needed

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve cocktails spirits wine beer and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipe measurement and pour standards
  • execute service-well tickets accurately and efficiently
  • use proper glassware garnishes and presentation standards for all beverages
  • maintain pars and readiness for garnishes bev naps straws and other bar supplies
  • stock liquor beer wine and non-alcoholic products in their proper locations
  • maintain consistent beverage quality and product standards throughout the shift
  • provide courteous attentive and professional service to guests at the bar
