Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience required
- strong working knowledge of cocktails spirits and beer
- strong working knowledge of restaurant service and hospitality standards
- ability to execute drinks consistently and accurately under pressure
- strong communication skills
- ability to provide professional guest service and handle guest issues appropriately
- ability to stay organized and maintain cleanliness and standards throughout the shift
- ability to work as part of a team and support restaurant operations beyond the bar when needed

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails spirits wine beer and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipe measurement and pour standards
- execute service-well tickets accurately and efficiently
- use proper glassware garnishes and presentation standards for all beverages
- maintain pars and readiness for garnishes bev naps straws and other bar supplies
- stock liquor beer wine and non-alcoholic products in their proper locations
- maintain consistent beverage quality and product standards throughout the shift
- provide courteous attentive and professional service to guests at the bar
