Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work as a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • customer service oriented
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • welcome guests and greet customers with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking of beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standards using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
