Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- customer service oriented
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- welcome guests and greet customers with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking of beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standards using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
