Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year bartending experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Must be of legal drinking age as required by state laws
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to comply with all liquor laws and regulations

Job Duties

  • Craft each alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage with excellence for our guests
  • Prepare the bar for service by restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
  • Adhere to and comply with all state/local liquor laws
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Be a true team player and support other front-of-house positions as needed
  • Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
