Job Requirements

Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
Previous bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Valid driver's license
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Ensure compliance with operating guidelines related to TIPS program and all State and Federal Laws, Rules and regulations regarding Alcohol, Cigarette and Tobacco Division
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
Previous bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to stay calm and professional in a high-volume environment
Must be at least minimum age required by state law
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Accurately process orders and handle cash and POS transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies
Check guest IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and regulations
Monitor guest consumption and act responsibly to ensure a safe environment
Collaborate with barbacks, servers, and management to keep service running smoothly
Open and/or close the bar as scheduled, including setup and breakdown
