We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional food and beverage service to our restaurant patrons and event attendees. The Bartender will prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and individual guest preferences, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. The position involves creating a positive guest experience through attentive service, teamwork, and a professional demeanor. The successful candidate will handle cash and POS transactions accurately, maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and ensure compliance with all relevant alcohol laws and regulations. This role requires collaboration with barbacks, servers, and management to maintain seamless service, especially during busy golf tournaments and special events. The Bartender will also take responsibility for opening and closing the bar, including setup and breakdown duties.
