Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- must be able to stand and move quickly for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing sociable and personable demeanor
- attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent service
- good communication skills with a positive can-do attitude
- strong knowledge of bar products and operations
- ability to work under pressure handle high volume and multitask effectively
- organizational skills reliability and flexibility with scheduling
- teamwork and customer service skills
- previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required
- prior customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Serve beverages to guests with prompt high-quality service to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- monitor beverage consumption to ensure responsible service and verify IDs as needed
- move supplies between multiple ranch venues and operate ranch vehicles or rangers as required
- complete all assigned setup side work and closing duties while maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- check bar glasses for any cracks chips or stains to ensure quality
- be knowledgeable about all menu items their preparation and daily features or specials be prepared to answer guest questions
- use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
