Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of drink preparation and cocktail recipes
  • basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions
  • team player with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a smile when seated
  • prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
  • restock limited drink supplies, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • ensure guests are well attended to, offer refills, and clear unused items
  • deliver and settle guest checks promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety standards
