Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of drink preparation and cocktail recipes
- basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions
- team player with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
- restock limited drink supplies, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- ensure guests are well attended to, offer refills, and clear unused items
- deliver and settle guest checks promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety standards
