Job Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred
Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training such as TIP's and Servsafe certification
Basic math skills
Ability to communicate with guests and receive orders effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in varying temperatures including extreme heat and cold
Ability to work in confined or narrow spaces

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
Excellent guest service skills
Ability to adhere to service standards of proper grooming and appearance
Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training such as TIP's and Servsafe certification
Basic math skills including the ability to accurately count change and balance bank
Effective communication skills to communicate with guests and receive orders
Ability to work effectively with others
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Be responsible for mixing drinks to order and serving the guests
Performs other duties assigned
Must have good customer service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty
Must follow all Legends Global policies and procedures
Must be present for all major and Minor events at the Arena
