The role available is a Bartender position at the Grand Rapids Complex, which includes Van Andel Arena, Acrisure Amphitheater, and Amway Stadium, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role involves mixing drinks to order and serving guests during various major and minor events held at the arena. The position demands excellent guest service skills to foster and enhance guest loyalty, adherence to Legends Global's policies and procedures, and active participation during events. Bartenders must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and work effectively with team members.
Physical demands include standing and remaining stationary for entire shifts, constant walking, bending, reaching, repetitive motions, and lifting stock up to 50 pounds. The work environment may expose employees to varying temperatures, including extreme heat and cold seasonal conditions, and may require working in confined or narrow spaces. The job also entails completing mandatory pre-employment food and alcohol service training such as TIP's and Servsafe certification.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Be responsible for mixing drinks to order and serving the guests
- Performs other duties assigned
- Must have good customer service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty
- Must follow all Legends Global policies and procedures
- Must be present for all major and Minor events at the Arena
