Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
- ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of standard cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
- ability to operate POS systems accurately
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- familiarity with food safety standards
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly when seated
- prepare bar including pour stations and glassware before opening
- replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare beverages according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- ensure attentive customer service by offering refills and clearing unused items
- deliver and settle bills promptly and invite guests to return
- follow all food safety regulations
