1-year previous bartending experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment management in bar service
Must have knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service
Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull stock, chairs, tables up to 40 lbs
with or without reasonable accommodation
Flexible with varying schedules to reflect the business needs
Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
Proactive in problem solving

Job Duties

Create, mix and serve beverages to our clients, presenting a friendly, pleasant and courteous demeanor at all times
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and beverages
Process cash and credit card payments
Maintain and replace bar stock as needed
Ensure patrons are of legal drinking age before serving alcohol
Monitor guest's alcohol intake and prohibit alcohol service to intoxicated guests
Maintain cleanliness of bar area, glasses and utensils
Comply with federal, state, local, and all legislative and licensing requirements
