Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year bartending or related experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be legally eligible to serve alcohol
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of MVP program
- Good communication skills

- Familiarity with POS systems
- Understanding of drink recipes and preparation

Job Duties
- Review MVP program with guests
- Input guests order accurately into POS system
- Review menus and answer questions
- Upsell to improve dining experience and raise check average
- Explain menu items preparation and ingredients
- Clean glasses, utensils and bar equipment
- Collect payment for all orders
- Check identification to verify age requirements
- Clean bars, work areas and tables
- Inform managers of guests excessive drinking
- Prepare alcoholic beverages for bar and dining room guests
- Serve liquor, wine and beer
- Stock bar with supplies
- Serve food to customers at the bar
- Follow drink recipes and specifications
- Cut fresh fruit for garnishes
- Arrange bottles and glasses attractively
- Keep storage areas and coolers clean and organized
- Put deliveries away properly
- Maintain positive and professional approach
