We are currently seeking passionate, career-minded, and motivated Bartenders to join our full-time team. As a Bartender at Halls Chophouse, you will be a vital member of one of the nation's best restaurant teams, directly interfacing with guests and delivering memorable experiences through expert beverage service. This role calls for professionals who are passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a dynamic and supportive workplace. Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and beverage is essential to excel in this role, but don’t worry if you need training – we’re ready to provide it as long as you have the willingness to learn.
This Bartender position involves much more than mixing drinks; it requires creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere where guests feel valued and appreciated. The successful candidate will demonstrate comprehensive expertise in specialty and classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beer, and other beverage selections. You will maintain fluency in all menu items and ingredients, suggest thoughtful beverage pairings, and collaborate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service. Maintaining a clean, organized bar and seating area as well as upholding the highest standards of cleanliness throughout all restaurant areas are also vital aspects of the job.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a guest-facing restaurant role as a bartender or beverage service role
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant bar or bar environment is a plus
- Must have valid South Carolina State Approved Alcohol Server Training Certificate
- Great enthusiasm and attitude
- Ability to make a positive difference in guests and co-workers lives
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests at the bar
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of specialty and classic cocktails (ingredients, specs, build), wine, beer, and beverage offerings
- Maintain fluency in all menu items and ingredients with the ability to suggest beverage pairings
- Follow proper steps of service with grace, while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the seating area
- Communicate effectively with staff members, management, and the kitchen during service
- Demonstrate expertise of all food and beverage menu items with sound knowledge of all ingredients and preparations
