This establishes a supportive atmosphere that inspires staff to provide excellent guest experiences consistently.

The role of a Bartender at IRHG is crafted for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy mixing and serving drinks to enhance guests’ social experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating, preparing, and garnishing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that adhere to the company’s standard recipes. Your role extends beyond drink preparation — you will engage with guests, provide exceptional customer service, and help create memorable moments at the bar. The position demands physical stamina as the job involves standing and walking for long periods, occasionally stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Joining the Indigo Road Hospitality Group offers not just a job, but the opportunity to be part of a vibrant and growing team, engage in a rewarding work environment, and receive a competitive salary along with comprehensive benefits. The company champions equal employment opportunities and is committed to fostering an inclusive environment free from discrimination.
