Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months related experience or training in mixing alcoholic beverages
- Must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certificate
- Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three months related experience or training in mixing alcoholic beverages
- Must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certificate
- Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- Strong and accurate money handling skills
- Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for alcohol handling
- Knowledge of bar equipment and company beverage system
Job Duties
- Take beverage orders from guests and verify age requirements
- Promote brands and products to increase sales
- Prepare cocktails and beverages according to recipes and specifications
- Perform set up and breakdown of bar area including side work and projects
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of bar/work area following company and health standards
- Assist with inventory control, stocking, and proper product rotation
- Perform responsible alcohol service with regard to guest limitations
- Complete monetary transactions accurately using point-of-sale system
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, prices, and beverage regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
