Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties
- Lead the bar with confidence mix shake and stir with style and speed
- Deliver elevated guest experiences through expert drink knowledge and flawless execution
- Manage bar prep stock and cleanliness like a pro
- Upsell with authenticity recommend cocktails spirits and pairings that match the vibe
- Keep the bar flowing collaborate with servers runners and barbacks to maintain pace
- Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and accountability
- Monitor guest behavior and maintain a safe respectful environment
- Stay sharp on trends seasonal ingredients and new techniques
