Job Requirements

  • Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • teamwork skills with attention to detail
  • multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • attention to detail
  • ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly as they are seated
  • prepare the bar area including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts to customers
  • prepare all beverages according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended to by offering drink refills and removing unused items
  • promptly deliver and settle the bill, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
