Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills, and remove any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
