Job Duties
- Welcoming guests with a smile when they are seated
- Setting up the bar including pour and glassware stations prior to opening
- Restocking beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Making all drinks to standard using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- Accurately taking and entering food and drink orders into the POS
- Checking back with guests throughout their experience to provide refills and clear items
- Delivering and settling checks in a timely manner
- Following all food safety standards
