Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend frequently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet or deposit into trash compactor or dumpster
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Completion of required training and certifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Bartender experience is appreciated but not required as training is provided
- Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Passion for movies and creating excellent guest experiences
- Willingness to learn and complete required training and certifications
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a smile and serve up drinks that enhance the movie experience
- Learn bartending basics through provided training including mixing drinks and pouring portions
- Suggest featured and premium beverages
- Check IDs and ensure compliance with age restrictions
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of the bar area
- Open and close the bar including setup and breakdown tasks
- Follow instructions for safe use of chemicals and cleaning materials
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed and respected
- Adhere to AMC wardrobe standards and maintain a professional demeanor
- Uphold all company policies and procedures
