Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift 20 pounds or more
- Knowledge of liquor, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience in bartending or related hospitality roles
- Knowledge of drink preparation and mixing techniques
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow club rules and safety regulations
- Physical ability to lift 20 pounds or more
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Set up and prepare all bar items for service
- Ensure the bar area is clean, sanitized and ready for service
- Enforce club rules, regulations and policies consistently
- Prepare drinks professionally and timely to club standards
- Lift 20 pounds or more
- Ensure provisions required for bar operation are available by opening hours
- Maintain and clean bar on a scheduled basis, including weekly and daily tasks
