Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Alcohol certification and Serve Safe a plus
Flexible to work a variety of shifts
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Willingness to work in a busy, social environment

Job Qualifications

Experience in bartending or mixology preferred
Familiarity with craft beer and beverage preparation
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
Positive and engaging personality

Job Duties

Deliver genuine hospitality while efficiently crafting every drink to perfection and serving guests responsibly
Be fanatical in mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests at the bar and provide drinks and service to team members following standard recipes and procedures
Guide guests through food and beverage menus demonstrating thorough knowledge of all offerings
Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to guests and team members to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
Take pride in keeping the bar area clean, sanitized and stocked
Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
Engage with guests to make them feel welcome and create a lively, fun atmosphere
