Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Alcohol certification and Serve Safe a plus
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in bartending or mixology preferred
  • Familiarity with craft beer and beverage preparation
  • Strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Deliver genuine hospitality while efficiently crafting every drink to perfection and serving guests responsibly
  • Be fanatical in mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests at the bar and provide drinks and service to team members following standard recipes and procedures
  • Guide guests through food and beverage menus demonstrating thorough knowledge of all offerings
  • Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to guests and team members to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
  • Take pride in keeping the bar area clean, sanitized and stocked
  • Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
  • Engage with guests to make them feel welcome and create a lively, fun atmosphere
