The Bartender position at Life Time is a key role within the café or bar area of the facility, responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages safely and efficiently while maintaining exemplary customer service. This role demands a clear understanding and commitment to upholding alcohol serving laws, providing excellent guest interaction, and ensuring the social and physical environment of the bar meets the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. In this position, bartenders will prepare various cocktails and beverages following established recipes, serve customers promptly, verify age through identification checks, and handle payments with integrity. Bartenders also maintain bar inventory through restocking and ensuring that the bar area remains clean and well-organized throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates will have prior bartending experience, be certified to serve alcohol, and have the ability to work actively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. The role requires a physically active individual comfortable with routine bending, lifting, and moving within the café space for prolonged hours. Certification in CPR/AED, whether upon hiring or within the first 30 days, is mandatory to ensure the safety and well-being of both staff and guests.
