Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or bar service preferred
- Knowledge of drink preparation and mixing techniques
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to comply with all applicable laws and safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Efficiently lead bar service ensuring a memorable guest experience that aligns with our hospitality standards
- Utilize extensive food and beverage knowledge to recommend favorites and craft perfect beverages
- Anticipate guest needs process orders and handle payments promptly and hospitably
- Adhere to state and local laws safe food practices and recipe guidelines while maintaining a clean bar area
- Support team members and contribute to overall restaurant success
- Engage with guests to provide friendly and attentive service
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
