Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bartender experience is appreciated but not required
- The role requires evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to complete required training and certifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong guest service, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
- Passion for movies and guest experience
- Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending frequently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet

Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a smile and serve up drinks that make their movie experience even better
- Learn the basics of bartending with provided training including mixing drinks and pouring proper portions
- Suggest featured and premium beverages to guests
- Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service following all laws and guidelines
- Keep the bar area clean and stocked
- Open and close the bar, setting up and putting everything back appropriately
- Follow instructions on safe use of chemicals and cleaning materials
- Work as part of a team supporting fellow bartenders and ensuring smooth operations
- Help create an inclusive environment ensuring everyone feels welcomed and respected
- Adhere to AMC Wardrobe 101 standards including specified attire
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor
- Uphold AMC's policies and procedures
