Job Description
BARTENDER - part time - Southampton NY
Saturday dinner shift + fill-ins: 4pm-11pm (approximately)
Full service restaurant with 10 seat full bar + 8 additional high top seats.
- Must be well versed in both classic and creative cocktail recipes/preparation.
- Must be able to multi-task with professionalism, friendliness and efficiency.
- Responsible for setup, breakdown, garnish prep, keg change.
- Must have wine and spirit knowledge.
- Must maintain a clean and efficient workspace and customer facing bar.
- Must be able to work well on a team, as well as independently.
- Housing not included. Must live within driving distance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, with a valid social security number.
We are a family owned and operated full service Italian restaurant, located in Southampton NY. Our vibe is relaxed and friendly, and our customers have come to expect only the highest level of culinary offerings. We are proud to deliver this with a food and beverage program representing various regions across Italy, including our locally revered Wood Fired Neapolitan Pizza; in addition to local crowd favorites from small/large bites, to house-made pastas, gelato and desserts. Our bar patrons are loyal and are accustomed to our personalized service. Our team members become family, and we believe this has been a large part of our success - now into our 15th year.
