Job Requirements

Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements
Experience with Toast or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests
Knowledge of brewing techniques and food service practices is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Qualifications

TABC certification
Food handlers certification
1 year bar experience

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for special events as needed
Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, communicating needs to management when necessary
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations while serving food and beverages
