Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
high school diploma or GED required
RAMP certification or equivalent preferred
previous bartending experience required, preferably in private club or upscale environments
strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
high attention to detail
willingness to learn and develop skills
ability to stand for extended periods and walk
able to work indoors and outdoors in various temperature conditions
capable of frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
previous bartending experience in private club or upscale environments
strong knowledge of classic cocktails, base spirits, and mixology fundamentals
familiarity with cocktail techniques and global spirit regions
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
high attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service
willingness to take direction and continue developing skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
deliver friendly, professional, and polished service to members and guests
maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area in compliance with health and safety standards
collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate shortages
follow responsible beverage service guidelines at all times
accurately handle cash and maintain sales records
