Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • RAMP certification or equivalent preferred
  • previous bartending experience required, preferably in private club or upscale environments
  • strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • high attention to detail
  • willingness to learn and develop skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods and walk
  • able to work indoors and outdoors in various temperature conditions
  • capable of frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous bartending experience in private club or upscale environments
  • strong knowledge of classic cocktails, base spirits, and mixology fundamentals
  • familiarity with cocktail techniques and global spirit regions
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • high attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service
  • willingness to take direction and continue developing skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • deliver friendly, professional, and polished service to members and guests
  • maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area in compliance with health and safety standards
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate shortages
  • follow responsible beverage service guidelines at all times
  • accurately handle cash and maintain sales records
