- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Experience in hospitality or food service industries beneficial
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of cash handling and POS operations
- Understanding of alcohol service laws and responsible service practices
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced event environment
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Carry and set up bar supplies including beverage cases and ice buckets
- Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
