We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders to join our team at our restaurants inside Minneapolis Airport. This is a vibrant role where bartenders serve hand-crafted beverages and delicious food, staying current with trends in the alcoholic beverage industry. As part of a fast-paced environment, our bartenders work quickly with accuracy to deliver outstanding customer service while engaging with our diverse clientele from all over the world. Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
capable of standing for extended periods
strong attention to detail
excellent interpersonal skills
reliable and punctual
legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
basic math skills for handling transactions
strong customer service and communication skills
knowledge of alcoholic beverage trends and mixing techniques
ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently
adherence to liquor laws and company policies

Job Duties

Greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner
use recipes and practice portion control to mix, garnish, and present drinks
input orders into register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest
receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed
maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar at all times
responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
must adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests at all times
perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
other duties as assigned
