Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- willingness to comply with food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- knowledge of POS systems
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standards, using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well attended by offering drink refills and clearing any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety guidelines
