Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work well as part of a team
  • attention to detail
  • ability to multitask

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • teamwork and multitasking abilities
  • basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly when seated
  • prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggestive selling of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare all drinks to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter into POS system
  • ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
