You'll be responsible for greeting guests with a friendly smile, suggesting beverage and food pairings, and efficiently managing orders through the POS system. You will also ensure guest safety by adhering to food safety guidelines and help create a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Red Lobster offers competitive weekly pay and flexible scheduling, making it an ideal workplace for individuals seeking work-life balance. There are comprehensive benefits available, including affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance starting at under $10 per week, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching after one year of service. Employees can enjoy discounted meals during their shifts as well as a 25% discount when dining as a guest. The company is particularly proud of its inclusive work culture, emphasizing equal opportunity employment and a welcoming atmosphere for all, regardless of age, race, religion, gender identity, or veteran status. This role involves physical activity, including standing for long periods and safely lifting items, so it suits individuals who are energetic and attentive to detail.
