The Bartender role at Twin Creeks is a vital position within their Food and Beverage team. This part-time position, starting in February 2026, compensates at a rate of $19.50 per hour plus tips, reflecting the value placed on the skills and contributions of the individual filling this role. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Bartender is responsible for taking food and beverage orders and delivering them efficiently to ensure that customers enjoy a pleasant dining experience. The role requires a combination of excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and a keen attention to detail to handle the preparation and service of drinks as well as assisting with general bar and restaurant duties.
Bartenders at Twin Creeks are tasked with greeting customers warmly as they take their seats at the bar, distributing menus, presenting daily specials, and answering any questions regarding the menu and the bar selections. They must ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked, managing utensils, napkins, silverware, condiments, and other essentials as needed. Additionally, the Bartender delivers food and beverages to customers, makes sure that all meals meet quality and satisfaction standards, and quickly resolves any issues with incorrect or improperly prepared orders by liaising with the kitchen staff.
Further responsibilities include clearing plates and cleaning the bar area, preparing customer checks, collecting payments, restocking supplies, and performing other related duties as assigned.
