The role of Bartender at Anthony's is vital in delivering a memorable guest experience by expertly preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages in a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere. Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage checks
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift/carry heavy items safely
  • Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance
  • Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Must be 21 or older to apply

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage checks
  • Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service or bartending
  • Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine
  • Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences
  • Provide attentive and personalized guest service, responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly, following company policies
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
  • Work collaboratively with BOH and FOH staff to coordinate timely service during busy periods
