Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage checks
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift/carry heavy items safely
- Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance
- Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be 21 or older to apply
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage checks
- Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting
- Certification in responsible alcohol service or bartending
- Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences
- Provide attentive and personalized guest service, responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly, following company policies
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies
- Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Work collaboratively with BOH and FOH staff to coordinate timely service during busy periods
