Job Requirements
- Must have state-mandated beverage service certificate if applicable
- Ability to greet and interact with customers warmly
- Capacity to follow detailed recipes and procedures
- Capability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- One to three months of related experience or training
- State-mandated beverage service certificate (where applicable)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of drink preparation and presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting
- Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- Conduct wine service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
- Uphold state-mandated beverage service standards
