The role of Bartender at Red Lobster is integral to delivering the exceptional guest experience the brand is known for. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for welcoming guests warmly, setting up and maintaining the bar area, and preparing drinks to precise standards using prescribed recipes, glassware, and garnishes. You will engage with guests by suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts while ensuring orders are accurately taken and entered into the point of sale system. The position demands attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a team-oriented mindset. You will check back with guests regularly to provide refills, clear tables, deliver and settle checks promptly, and thank guests promptly, encouraging them to return. Adherence to all food safety standards is mandatory. The physical aspect of the job requires standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds safely.
