Job Requirements
- Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
- Legal age in the state to serve alcohol
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
- Strong attention to detail
- High energy levels
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent verbal communication
- Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- Able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
- Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
- Able to hear, understand and respond to employees’ and guests’ requests in a loud environment
- Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Duties
- Roll clean silverware for service
- Remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from bar
- Clean and reset bar after guests leave
- Sweep bar area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
- Assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
- Escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems constructively
- Communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
- Legally serve and pour alcohol in the state
- Read recipes and make drinks according to standards
- Help with food running
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
- Follow manager directions throughout a shift
- Interact with guests and help with guest needs
