Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one year of bartending experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol

- knowledge of cocktail recipes
- knowledge of wine varieties

Job Duties
- Stock the bar
- mix and serve alcoholic beverages
- assist in cost control and inventory management
- maintain inventory records
- ensure compliance with state liquor laws and company policies
- communicate guest requests and concerns to management
- perform opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking
- manage checks and cash transactions using Point of Sales System
- review banquet schedules and event calendars
- serve catered parties from service or portable bars
- occasionally serve meals to guests
- incorporate safe work practices
- perform other duties as required
