Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one to three months related experience and/or training in mixing alcoholic beverages
  • must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certificate
  • must obtain and maintain a valid racing license
  • ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • strong guest service skills
  • excellent attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one to three months related experience and/or training in mixing alcoholic beverages
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe alcohol handling
  • strong money handling skills
  • Serv-Safe certificate or willingness to obtain
  • valid racing license or willingness to obtain

Job Duties

  • take beverage orders from guests and check identification to verify age requirements
  • promote brands and products to increase sales
  • prepare cocktails and beverages for guests and servers according to recipes and specifications
  • perform set up and breakdown of bar area as well as side work and projects as needed
  • maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the bar/work area in accordance with company and health department standards
  • assist with inventory control, stocking, and proper product rotation
  • perform responsible alcohol service with regards to guest limitations
  • complete monetary transactions using a point-of-sale system by maintaining cash drawer and processing payments
  • maintain knowledge of all menu items and prices, including regulations for drink preparation and storage
  • perform other related duties as assigned
