Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or food service
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of local alcohol laws and responsible service practices
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties

- Provide full menu service while maintaining clean surroundings
- Lead the team in upholding responsible alcohol service standards
- Support with executing to go experiences
- Embody the LongHorn culture by creating authentic connections with guests and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
