Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must complete basic food handling training and obtain any local or state mandated certification or food handlers permit
- Completion of safe alcohol service training program required
- Prior experience in a high-volume bar environment preferred
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Requires regular and consistent attendance
- Must maintain an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift
- Must provide excellent guest service
- Accurate cash handling and basic math skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to take and follow direction
- Ability to respond with a sense of urgency
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, and reaching around the theater
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
Job Qualifications
- Basic food handling training and any required local or state food handlers permit

Job Duties
- Greets guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
- Possesses full knowledge of bar and menu items and makes recommendations
- Accurately records food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
- Verifies identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions
- Ensures that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- Consistently uses suggestive selling techniques
- Collaborates with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate
- Delivers food and beverage orders within established time frames
- Processes payment for completed guest orders
- Maintains appropriate stock levels for the bar
- Assists the General Manager on duty with placing orders for all liquor and bar related supplies
- Consistently wipes down and sanitizes employee and guest high-contact areas
- Properly utilizes personal protective equipment while completing position specific tasks
- Adapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks
- Monitors safety and security issues and reports issues to management
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned
