Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Attention to detail and multitasking capability
- Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar area including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixers and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of beverages, appetizers and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes using correct glassware and garnishes
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
- Deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
