Job Requirements
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beers wines and spirits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests in a positive and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and serving beverages
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Continuously bend reach twist and use your hands and arms
- Able to lift 80 pounds at a time

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beers wines and specialty drinks in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including stocking and replenishing supplies glassware and garnishes
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying the age and identification of guests and refusing service to intoxicated individuals
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale system
- Upsell additional menu items and promote specials or promotions to maximize sales and enhance the guest experience
- Stay updated on current beverage trends new products and industry developments to provide innovative and unique offerings to guests
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
