Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Capability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling cash and tips
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Willingness to adhere to all restaurant policies and health regulations

Job Duties
- Delivering exceptional beverages in an energetic atmosphere to our guests
- Provide full menu service while maintaining clean surroundings
- Lead the team in upholding responsible alcohol service standards
- Support with executing to go experiences
- Uphold the culture of authentic connections with guests and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
