Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8- to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work well in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS entries
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and welcome them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking of beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks to standard using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thanking customers and inviting them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
