The role demands attention to guest satisfaction scores and requires teamwork with colleagues to uphold safety standards by wearing appropriate protective equipment and following OSHA and MSDS guidelines. Employees will also complete side work prior to shift end and participate actively in all daily operational tasks to maintain a smooth and enjoyable guest experience. The ideal candidate will bring previous bartending or mixology experience along with certification such as TIPS and Food Sanitation, the latter of which is required within 90 days of employment. This position requires physical stamina as it involves standing for long periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching.

Joining HHM Hotels means benefiting from a comprehensive package that includes competitive wages for both full-time and part-time staff, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k with company matching, and a referral bonus program. Additional perks such as daily pay options, free basic life insurance, 24/7 access to confidential work-life resources, travel discounts, commuter transit and parking benefits, and professional development opportunities are also part of the employment package.
