The Bartender role at Renaissance Denver Central Park Hotel is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through beverage and food service. This position involves serving drinks and food in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner to meet and exceed guest satisfaction. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for maintaining clean and organized bar areas, preparing drink orders including slicing and pitting fruit for garnishes, verifying guests’ ages to comply with legal alcohol service requirements, and managing payments and guest checks efficiently.
Your duties extend beyond drink preparation to include taking and serving orders in the bar and lounge areas, adhering to standards for managing intoxicated guests, maintaining beverage inventory and par levels, and completing side work before shift end. You will also follow sustainability practices consistent with HHM’s EarthView program and ensure compliance with safety standards such as MSDS and OSHA by wearing protective equipment and practicing safe work habits. Your focus on guest satisfaction is crucial, and you will contribute to increasing departmental and overall satisfaction scores.
